1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter the "Policy" or "AUP") sets out the rules of conduct applicable to all Users of the Services of Alchimie Capital LLC (the Odesio Application, the Odesio assistant and the community spaces).

It is contractually incorporated into the Terms and Conditions and its acceptance is a condition of access to the Services.

2. General principles

The User undertakes to use the Services:

• In accordance with their educational purpose
• In good faith
• In compliance with applicable law
• With respect for other Users and for the Alchimie Capital team
• Without compromising the security or integrity of the systems

3. Prohibited conduct

3.1 Illegal activities

• Use of the Services for purposes that are unlawful under applicable law (your country of residence, Alchimie Capital's country, international law)
• Incitement to commit offences
• Dissemination of unlawful content (hate, violence, pornography, glorification of terrorism, denial of crimes against humanity)
• Promotion of scams (rug pulls, Ponzi schemes, pig butchering, fake airdrops)
• Money laundering, tax evasion, terrorist financing
• Violation of international sanctions (OFAC, EU, UN)

3.2 Attacks on systems

• Attempts at unauthorised access (hacking, brute force, credential stuffing)
• Reverse engineering of the code or models
• Injection of malicious prompts into Odesio (jailbreak, data exfiltration prompting)
• Massive or automated scraping of content
• Denial of service (DDoS, flooding)
• Introduction of malware, viruses, Trojan horses
• Exploitation of vulnerabilities (beyond the responsible disclosure programme, see §8)
• Circumvention of technical protection measures (DRM, rate limiting)

3.3 Impersonation and forgery

• Identity theft (of a real third party or a credible fictitious one)
• Creation of fake accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Falsification of documents during registration, billing or KYC
• Use of unauthorised or fraudulent means of payment

3.4 Infringement of third-party rights

• Infringement of intellectual property rights (illegal downloading, unauthorised reproduction)
• Defamation, insults, harassment
• Invasion of the privacy of others (doxxing, dissemination of personal data without consent)
• Capturing the image or voice of third parties without authorisation

3.5 Contractual breaches

• Account sharing: one subscription = one individual user
• Resale, sub-letting or rental of access to third parties
• Resale or redistribution of the Educational Content (videos, ebooks, analyses) on any medium whatsoever
• Creation of a competing training programme reusing Alchimie Capital content
• Use of the Content to train a competing AI model

3.6 Odesio abuse

• Conversational spam (100+ messages/hour without a legitimate use case)
• Systematic extraction of the knowledge corpus via prompt engineering
• Repeated adversarial testing to make it produce content outside its charter (industrial-scale jailbreaking)
• Sale, sharing or publication of Odesio responses presented as original content

3.7 Community abuse

• Flooding, spam, repeated promotion of third-party projects
• Shilling (covert promotion of tokens in which the User is invested) without explicit disclosure
• Soliciting personalised advice from the team or the community (reminder: the Services do not provide personalised advice)
• Offering unauthorised financial services to other members (copy trading, portfolio management on behalf of third parties, paid signal groups)
• Verbal abuse, incitement to hatred, humiliation
• Publication of sexual or violent content

3.8 Circumvention of geographical restrictions

• Use of a VPN to circumvent a geographical ban (sanctioned countries)
• False declaration of country of residence

4. Positive obligations of the User

The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information at registration and when updating it
• Keep their login credentials confidential
• Enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) as soon as possible
• Report without delay any suspicious activity on their account
• Report any security vulnerability discovered (see §8)
• Comply with the tax rules applicable in their jurisdiction
• Comply with the rules applicable to their profession (for example, if they are an employee in the financial sector, comply with their employer's internal obligations regarding personal transactions)

5. Community and discussion spaces

5.1 Moderation

The Alchimie Capital team moderates the community spaces (forums, chats, comments). Moderators may:

• Remove content that breaches this Policy
• Issue a formal warning
• Temporarily suspend access to the community spaces
• Permanently exclude in the event of a serious breach or repeated breaches

5.2 Rules of civility

• Mutual respect, even in case of disagreement
• No personal attacks
• Factual argument rather than polemics
• Confidentiality of private information shared by other members

5.3 Mandatory disclosure

When you mention a crypto-asset in which you are invested, state this clearly ("Disclosure: I am long on X"). Failure to disclose may constitute shilling liable to lead to moderation.

5.4 No promotion of projects

Active promotion (even unpaid) of crypto projects, exchanges, trading platforms or third-party services is prohibited in the community spaces without the prior written authorisation of Alchimie Capital.

6. Technical usage limits

To preserve the quality of service for all Users:

• Odesio: 200 messages/day under normal use, rate limit of 10 messages/minute
• Downloads: 5 GB/day maximum for downloadable materials
• Internal API: not available to end users (contact contact@alchimiecapital.com for B2B cases)
• Concurrent requests: 3 simultaneous active sessions per account

Usage beyond these thresholds may be temporarily throttled or made subject to additional authentication.

7. Sanctions

7.1 Graduated scale

7.2 Proportionality

The sanction is proportionate to the seriousness of the breach, whether it is isolated or repeated, any damage caused and the good faith of the User.

7.3 Appeal

A sanctioned User may challenge the measure at contact@alchimiecapital.com. A review is carried out by a person other than the author of the initial sanction, within 14 working days.

8. Responsible Disclosure, informal bug bounty programme

8.1 Principle

Alchimie Capital LLC encourages the responsible reporting of security vulnerabilities. Security researchers are invited to report their findings to us at contact@alchimiecapital.com (PGP key available on request).

8.2 Safe harbor

We undertake not to take legal action against researchers who:

• Act in good faith
• Respect the principle of data minimisation (no data collected beyond what is strictly necessary to demonstrate the vulnerability)
• Do not disrupt the availability of the Services
• Do not disclose the vulnerability publicly before we have had the opportunity to fix it (reasonable period: 90 days)
• Do not target real user accounts (use test accounts)

8.3 Rewards

Any rewards are discretionary and depend on the severity: public recognition (hall of fame), goodies, or a monetary bounty for critical vulnerabilities.

8.4 Exclusions

The following actions fall outside the safe harbor:

• Exfiltration of real personal data
• Deliberate denial of service
• Social engineering of staff or users
• Physical testing of the premises or infrastructure of Alchimie Capital or its service providers

9. Reporting breaches

Any User may report conduct that breaches this Policy to contact@alchimiecapital.com. Reports are handled confidentially.

We undertake not to disclose the identity of the reporting person to the User concerned, unless required by a court.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy. Substantial changes are notified to Users with 30 days' notice.
